Nancy is an experienced team member in the field of ADR with strong customer service, process optimization and management skills. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Psychology, Nancy facilitates the engagement of and follow up to whatever ADR process law firms and their clients choose. She has a sincere interest in helping people, has the perspective of having studied abroad in Korea, and is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
