William "Vito" Carcioppolo Joins ADRsource

ADRsource proudly announces that former trial lawyer, William “Vito” Carcioppolo has become a full-time mediator and has joined the firm’s panel of neutrals. The firm was founded by mediators Richard B. Lord and Scott M. Baughan.

According to firm co-founder Scott Baughan, “Vito has earned a reputation for both skill and professionalism in his decades long trial career. He is adept at grasping nuance and points at which litigation can turn, understands what it takes to get matters resolved in mediation, and is beloved by many who litigated with him and against him over the years.
