As an experienced Case Manager, Norma handles matters with discretion, and strives to make every detail smooth, from the initial booking request to the day of mediation.  Norma’s focus is to help the law firms help their clients, and is available to assist whenever a matter can be coordinated.

Norma’s attention to detail was honed well before working in the ADR field, as she served as a Senior Pharmacy Technician in settings from smaller independent pharmacies to hospitals.  She knows the importance of handling things in a professional and timely manner and sincerely appreciates opportunities to help others.  Her kindness and empathy are integral to her efforts every day.

When not at work, Norma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and being surrounded by nature.
