Andrew J. (Jay) Knight II Joins ADRsource

ADRsource proudly announces that experienced mediator and arbitrator Andrew J. (Jay) Knight II has joined the firm's panel of neutrals. The firm was founded by mediators Richard B. Lord and Scott M. Baughan. Mr. Knight has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 1998 and after a long trial career has now transitioned to exclusively serving as a professional neutral.

Firm co-founder Richard Lord notes that “Jay’s addition to our panel significantly broadens the types of legal matters we can address. His 40+ year trial practice included rail, maritime, and transportation claims. Jay’s reputation is second to none for being professional, a view shared by those who have hired him to mediate and arbitrate as well as those who litigated against him before he became a full-time neutral.” Co-founder Scott Baughan adds that “Like all our neutrals, Jay has deep trial practice experience.
